This Hawaiian Energetics: Initial Workshop offers a foundation and core wisdom of the teachings of our lineage. Through this introduction, you will deepen your knowledge of the ancient Hawaiian ways and begin forming a personal relationship with the four elements (Fire, Water, Air, and Earth), the building blocks of our physical existence.
