DESCRIPTION:Come and share your experiences and process your feelings regarding the recent Maui wildfires with people in the community in a safe place. These groups are a way to decompress and desensitize your experience. Sponsored by Lehualani Center and led by Maui resident and clinical psychologist Dr. Sarah Nani Williams in partnership with other skilled clinicians trained in crisis debriefing\, groups will utilize tools and techniques to process the recent devastation. \n\n\n\nSeptember 14\, 21\, & 28 (Thursdays)2:00-3:30PM Maui Residents4:00-5:00PM First Responders (firefighters\, police\, medical\, mental health workers\, etc.)Online via Zoom (link sent upon registration) \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nRegister Now\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAbout Facilitators \n\n\n\nSarah Nani Williams PsyD\, RPT-S and EMDR-AC (Approved Consultant) is the director of the Lehualani Center\, a licensed clinical psychologist\, and a published author. She has extensive experience with first responder and crisis debriefing incidents and has successfully worked with children\, adolescents\, adults\, and families since 1995. \n\n\n\nEric Bruemmer LPC-Oregon\, NCC\, EMDR-AC (Approved Consultant) is a licensed professional counselor and owner of DrawbridgesEMDR with national disaster recovery experience and educating first responders and lay counselors with crisis intervention techniques.
